Does My Condition Favor Pregnancy?

I am 33 years. I have had abortion about 7 years ago. Now I am trying to conceive but somehow I failed. I have a chocolate cyst on my left overy and 15.2 mm polypoidal endendometrium is seen and I have also corpus lectum in right overy. Please help. Can I get pregnant or not?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You should be able to conceive but with the changes to the endometrium (internal lining of the uterus), it may more difficult. If difficult on your own, may need to see a fertility specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
