Does My Infant Need An X-ray After Swallowing A Small Plastic Piece, And What Should I Do If She Vomited But Is Now Normal?

Hai my months 11 months old she swallowed small piece of plastic next 10 mins taken to doctor. He said nothing to worry but let’s take d x ray tomorrow. Is X ray need for baby .and immediately after swallowing she reacted like vomiting after 20 mins till now she is okay and normal. What should we do now
