General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following things can be inferred based on the laboratory reports you have shared.
1. Fasting glucose of 109 mg/dl is fairly within normal acceptable range.
2. Creatinine with 0.9 mg/dl is within normal limits.
3. Lipid profile is showing Total Cholesterol and LDL Cholesterol levels at a much higher range than normal. It certainly is a risk for cardiovascular disease.
Considering your age, you can bring it down to normal levels and control it by means of diet and regular exercise.
Kindly follow it up with lipid profile test done after 6 months. In case it is persistently high, you would require medications to bring it down and keep levels under control.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
