Volume 2.0 ml Colour Creamy White Consistency Thick Reaction Alkaine Liquefaction Time: Within 30 Minutes Total Count 75 Million /ml Active Motile 65% Sluggish 15% Non Motile 20% Normal: 75 Percent          with in 30 Minutes 70-90% Abnormal 25% Pus Cells 2-3 is pus Cell for me dangiours

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis is as follows:
Volume- 2ml is within normal range
Color- Creamy white is normal
Consistency- Thick is within normal limit
Reaction- Alkaline is normal
Liquefaction time- 30 min is within normal limits
Total sperm count- 75 million/ml; normal counts should be atleast 20million/ml
Motility- 65% sperms having motility of 65% is within normal range
Morphology- Atleast 50% sperms should have normal morphology. In your case 75% sperms have normal morphology
Presence of pus cells in semen suggests presence of infection.
Antibiotic treatment is needed, however, there is nothing to worry.
