Does Nausea, Constant Hunger And Growing Breasts Indicative Of Pregnancy?

Hi i want to know if i could be pregnant. My breast are growing and are very heavy. I have been nauseated and hungry all the time. Tired fast and my back has been hurting and been having tightening in my abdominal area. The problem is i lost a baby in 2013 and my tubes were tied for 12 yrs prier to this loss. I really need to know because everytime i go to the doctors they do a urine test and its negative but this time i think it could be positive please help me

Hi,
In confirmed case of pregnancy, nausea and other symptoms as you said usually seen.
If you have undergone UPT and if it came negative, then you should go for ultrasound of abdomen which will confirm your pregnancy provided that you have missed period for more than 2 weeks.
UPT should be done with first few drops of the first voided urine sample after getting up early in the morning.
UPT has about 90 to 95% accuracy rate but ultrasound has 100%.
