Does Nausea, Mood Swing And Orange Brownish Discharge Indicates Pregnancy?

Hi I have irregular menstrual cycles. My fiancé and I had unprotected sex dec 29 and I started spotting dec 31st. Which was around the time I was due for my period. I ve been nauseous and moody for about a week now. Also had orangey brownish discharge a couple of nights ago. Could I be pregnant?

Hello,
Unprotected intercourse around the time of onset of the period is completely safe and you need not worry about conception. The cause of your current symptoms could be a hormonal disturbance brought in by some stress. Yet, if you are highly irregular with your cycles, your ovulation time cannot be predicted and thus, you need to exclude/confirm pregnancy through either a HPT, blood test or sonogram. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
