Does Nausea, Tiredness And Light Spotting Indicate Pregnancy?

So a guy and I had sex Friday night without protection and he came inside of me. The next morning I went and bought the plan b pill and took it on an empty stomach. Ever since then I have been nauseated, more tired, and have been eating a lot more. Also I had a little spot bleeding but tonight I was fingered and bled like I was on my period. I am unsure what to do and am extremely scared I am pregnant. What should I do?
