Does Nerve Twitching And Tingling Around Arm And Ribs Require Medical Attention?

I am a 63 year old male. today I have experienced some nerve twitching on my leftside just under the ribs. also after going to bed I have tingling in my left arm from the elbow down to the hand. took my blood pressure a little while ago and it was 112/78 65 without any medication. should I be concerned about the twitching and tingling?

These nerve tinglings are in no way any sign of heart disease.Most of the times these occur without any cause.How ever, if you are diabetic, it can be due to diabetic neuropathy.Take some Vit.B1+B6+B12 tablets as per your physician's advice.
