I have problem of night fall. During night sperms auotomatically come out of penis. I m lean person, i wanted to be little fat. My concern is, does this sperm loss cause my body to drain nutrition and becom lean. And how can i becom little more fat. My email: YYYY@YYYY

Hello, thanks for posting on HCM.
Sperm production in testis is a continuously ongoing process after puberty. There is a limitation of space to accommodate the sperms produced in testis and in epididymis. Mostly males masturbate so there is regular emptying of the space in testis and epididymis where new sperms are stored after production.
So, if you are not masturbating, the sperms and semen will automatically come out once storage is full. It’s completely natural and it won’t hamper your health and loose out energy. It’s only losing out your sperms. So don’t worry about losing energy and losing weight because of it.
Becoming fat or healthier include- increase your diet, exercise more. Talk to a dietician to give you proper diet to gain weight in healthy way.
