Does Non Penetrative Sex Cause Pregnancy?

My boyfriend and I were snuggling and we were both wearing underwear and he was kissing me while on top of me and I saw a bit of precum but we were both wearing underwear and I was on.the last day of my period with a tampon in, is it possible the precum could have gone through both pairs of underwear and gotten past the tampon and made me pregnant even though he was just pressing on me and wearing underwear? I m pretty sure I saw some precum and I want to be sure I m not pregnant.

I have read your query & understand your concern.
Both logically & practically it is not possible that pre cum would travel through under wears/ tampon.. to reach vagina, enter uterus & impregnate.. that too during your period.
So, rset assure about no9n conception.
Any doubt can be excluded by urine pregnancy test 8 days later expected day of periods.
