Hello,

As per your history there is very minimal chance of getting pregnant. However, as no contraceptive gives you 1OO percent protection, you can take a home urine pregnancy test for assurance, after a week of missed periods. If you are still concerned then you can consult with your gynecologist and he will procure you ultrasound pelvis and abdomen for the correct diagnosis. He may also procure blood investigation to see your hCG levels. Till then keep your self hydrated and keep your self calm and relax.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
