Does Non Penetrative Sex Cause Pregnancy?

Sir i had sex with my girlfriend on 14th it was not a proper sex. she gave me a blowjob some fluid feel on my hand she cleaned it up with a cloth after that i washed my hand i didn t remember that i washed my hand properly or not and clean my hand with towel then after 15 min i fingered her. Is there any chance that she can be pregnant? She had a test on 16 at 3oclock it was negative than another test on 18th morning that was also negative it was a urine test and finally i had send her morning urine to hospital on 19th and by 7 i got the report it was negative. Should i take tension?

I really appreciate your concern, what the act don there that may not cause the pregnancy because for the pregnancy complete penetration is must with complete ejaculation and it has to be done at the time of ovulation in presence of ovum then and then pregnancy happens else it is not the pregnancy can take place hope this information helps.
