Does Nose And Knuckles Swelling Indicate A Breakage?

Hi, I wanted to find out if I've broken my knuckles? Got into a fight yesterday, my nose is pretty sore as well. Nose has swollen but still straight. How can I tell if it's broken? Should I just leave it if it looks straight anyway? My knuckles are really swollen and can't close my fists.
