Does One Get Normal Periods While On Progynova?

I have just had frozen embryo transfer last friday and have been taking progynova. I have taken a HPT and it was negative. I have the blood test this week to advise results. I was due for my period around the 16th, can you advise if I can get a normal perod whilst taking progynova?
