Does One Get Pain In The Shoulders After Taking Crestor?

The doctor put me on double my crestor medication. I was taking 10 mg and they changed me to 20mg. I have been taking it about 5 days. Today my lymph nodes are sore(tender) under my chin on the left side and i feel aches in my lower back and shoulders. Am i getting sick or is this a result of the higher dose. Should i stop taking the crestor? my cholesterol is high.
