Does One Purple And One Pink Line Mean Positive Pregnancy Test?

Dear Dr, My period was due around 29th/30th March, its been almost 1 week now and no signs at all. I used home pregnancy test kit, one line is purple and another one is very light pink.. i am have cramps in my stomach on and off and some times severe. please help me, can i be pregnant? please reply me at the earliest.

Hi.

Yes you could. Repeat a pregnancy test in 2-3 days time, this time using an early morning urine sample and write back to me or take the test result and visit a doctor who will conduct a blood test as well to confirm/rule out pregnancy.
