Does Oral Sex Lead To HIV/STD?

Dear Experts, I had an exposure with sex worker in Dubai. We did not do any vaginal / anal sex.Condom was on my penis. She sucked my penis only once. Then i gave my testicles in her mouth and she sucked. Then i rubbed my penis in the middle of her breast, while rubbing my condom torn and my pee hole (Opening of the penis= urethra) touched to her tongue. I believed that she is HIV Positive and while touching my Penis Urethra to her tongue can transmit me HIV Virus and is there any risk that she sucked my testicles and due to this kind of sex Hiv Virus transmit in me or not. Then I ejaculated my own hands into her mouth. 4 weeks before i had another exposure with Philippine sex worker we did not do any vaginal / anal intercourse. Only she gave me hand job 3 times. But in the same time she touched her vagina and right after she gave me hand job with same hand. Is there any chance to transmit HIV virus due to this kind of sex activity. I did not see any blood on her fingers. Please reply i am really scared. This time I need your reply.....Pleas please please. My e-mail is: YYYY@YYYY

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
HIV can not spread through saliva or just by handling. HIV prefers to be transmitted through vaginal sex and anal sex. Traumatic abrasions and the viral concentration in vaginal fluid and semen are responsible for the transmission. Just touching the penis or masturbating or a contact of urethral opening with tongue were not infectious. Your risk for HIV is negligible.
