Hi,

Ovarian cyst can reoccur after removal but it is not expected to reoccur this fast. If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to go for an ultrasound to see what is the actual cause of your Pain now. meanwhile you can use your already prescribed pain killers to releive the symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
