Does Over Dosage Of Flucloxicillin Cause Stroke?

My partner has been on iv administered flucloxicillin for six weeks for an infection following mitral valve repair. He thinks he may have been given wrong dose one morning as that night he had symptoms of TIA/Stroke but cat scans revealed no damage. Could these symptoms be due to 4x usual dose of flucloxicillin being given by mistake?
