Does Over Masturbation Lead To Premature Ejaculation?

hi, i m 32 year old, height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 74 kg, i m unmarried and never had sex till now, i m going to marry after six months i hope, my problem is pre ejaculation maybe because of i m doing musturbate since last 12 years or any other problem i don t know...... i have 5.5 inches erect penis, i don t know i can satisfie my partner or not i have so many confusion, i want i can give her more pleasure and satisfaction.... but cause of my pre ejaculation i m so nervous...... can anybody please help me? ....... help me please

I have gone through your query. Premature ejaculation is usual while performing masterbation. It is a usual anxiety most people have before marriage. So no need to worry. It will take some time after marriage to get normal sexual pleasure for most of the couples. Get understand each other and talk each other about these which make it better. If you are getting premature ejaculation in normal sexual intercourse then you can practise squeeze and stop technique or thought changing when nearing towards ejaculation. You can also wear a condom or condom with anesthetic which helps in increasing time. Change sex positions to one which gives less stimulation to penis also is helpful. If all these not helping then behavioral therapy with a psychologist should be done. And if that also not help then SSRI group drugs like Dapoxetine will be helpful. Hope this may help you.
