Does Overdose Of Citalopram Cause Fatigue And Nausea?
I accidentally took 80mg of citalopram instead of my usual 40mg (took it twice, thinking I only took it once), as well as 50mg of buproprion instead of my usual 25mg. Ive been extra tired, and very lethargic, with a bit of nausea. Am I okay, or do I need medical help?

Yes, overdose of both the medications are responsible. Citalopram when taken in larger doses accidentally can cause vomiting, feeling sleepy, fast heart beats and seizures. Whereas Bupropion overdose may result in muscle stiffness, hallucinations, fast heartbeats, shallow breathing, or fainting. I advise you to go the emergency room by asking someone else to drive you or call for an ambulance.
