Does Pain Around Sternum And Breast Indicate Costochondritis?

i am having pain around my sternum area and upper right breast it has been going on for more than 3 days and It feels like a pulled muscle it aches when i bend forward of when i extend my arm forward and when I twist my upper body the wrong way. Its not related to exercise because i have been working out. I don't recall doing a task that requires maximum exertions. the pain does not radiate it's just local. what could it be is it possible that it's costocondritis?
