Does Pain In Body Indicate Fibromyalgia?

I am a male and 45 years old. Ever since 2 and a half year I made about 7 blood tests. Everything is fine except the monocytes is 2 which is lower than average and lymphocytes is between 43 and 50 %. I have had herpes and hpv more than 15 years ago. I may have fibromyalgia because sometimes I have pains in some area in my body and recently I started to have bloating in my stomach.
