Does Pain In Stomach Area Require Medical Attention?

Hi I have sever pain on the right side of my upper stomach and its quite difficult to take a deep breath. I realised the pain had moved because actualy during this day it was in the top middle of my stomach, Im wondering should I got to the emergency room.

Pain in the right side of the abdomen could be suggestive of appendicitis, especially if the abdomen is very tender to touch and sensitive to motion. if it is not relieved by antacids (pepcid/zantac/tagamet) then you should go in for evaluation for possible appendicitis.
