Does Pain In Testes And Swelling Indicate Excessive Sperm Production?

i have been masturbating since i was a kid. m 24 now. now from past 2.5 years, i'm experiencing pain in my testis after they both swell. this happens if i dun masturbate. and the swelling vanishes after i masturbate.AM I EXPERIENCING EXCESSIVE SPERM PRODUCTION RATE?
