Does Pain & Pop In Elbow & Ar Suggest Sprain?

hi, well yesterday i was trying to fix my car window by pulling it up. i heard a pop in my arm between my wrist and my elbow. right then i could not move my wrist. there is no swelling or bruising, it doesn't hurt that much until i turn my wrist. i can move my fingures with no problem. i would really like to know if its a sprain. thanks.
