General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

I am sorry for the pregnancy complications that you are experiencing.

Unfortunately fetal movements are not usually felt at 4 weeks even in pregnancies with no complications so any sensations felt would not be related to your baby.

At 4 weeks , prolonged bleeding in pregnancy may mean that the baby/pregnancy is in danger but you would need to check this with your doctor.
He or she would also do pregnancy tests , ultrasound as well.

Unfortunately it is possible that you may have suffered a miscarriage.

Wishing you well
