Does Painkillers Cause Weight Loss And Loss Of Appetite?

Yes, My Brother has had a large weight loss over 12 Months and has no appetite. He is on quite strong dosages of Painkillers and other medications. He has had a lot of tests, without finding anthing sinister. Can the medication cause such weight loss????

Pain killers are not known to cause loss of weight. Probably he has lost weight from a previous conditions that has caused him to have pain.
