Does Pap Smear Test Affect Periods?

Hello Doctor, I had pap smear test 3 days ago. Yesterday I got my period 8 days earlier than the regular date and I m feeling more pain than usual. During the last month I have been on vacation back in Beirut. Does the pap smear test have anything to do with early period?
