Does Penile Enlargement Surgery Cause Any Side Effects?

I m considering enlargement surgery adding both length and girth. my concern is that I m a diabetic and need to use Viagra to help with my erections would this type of procedure make it more difficult to get an erection and maintain one. Also are there restrictions on how much length and girth I would be able to YYYY@YYYY

Diabetic patients experience erectile dysfunction because of supplying nerve (diabetic neuropathy) and blood vessel of the penis and related organs get damaged. There are different types of penile enlargement surgery, the surgery has restrictions for size and girth. It is decided by the doctor and patient considering overall health condition and other factors. The surgery usually does not have an effect to maintain erections. But other type of procedure called penile implant surgery may be used to increase the size and maintain erections.
