Does Periods Delayed By 10 Days Mean Pregnancy?

For two days I was not feeling well. On Sunday I had a really bad nausea. I threw up in the morning and in the afternoon, along with a headache. The next day, I again felt nausea and a slight headache. I took 2 pregnancy tests at home because I am already 10 days late. I went to the doctor because of the nausea but they could not really explain anything that it could be due to the body wanting to shut down. But my question is, can I still be pregnant if I am 10 days late?
