Does Peripheral Neuropathy Have Any Effective Medications?

hello! my mother aged 83years-5'2"ht-65kg has peripheral neuropathy of her arms and she is in constant pain, a feeling of numbness, heaviness of the arms. No medication seems to give her any relief. Would you be able to kindly suggest some medicine to get her out of this crippling state?
