Does Photophobia Lead To Permanent Blindness From Light Exposure?

Hi,I have bad photophobia, I get after images, and hair like floaters in my vision, also I loose my sight for up to 15 minutes if I go from a dimly lit room to look outside. I wanted to know if I am at risk of permanent blindness from light exposure?
Much appreciate your help.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having floaters, after images and transient loss of vision. These symptoms indicate transient ischemic attack and it requires further evaluation.
The common causes are prodromal symptoms of migraine, prodromal symptoms of vascular diseases like retinal artery obstructions, atherosclerosis involving the carotid arteries....
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
