my brother injured his spinal cord in a recent bike accident. mri suggest that he had a burst fracture in his spinal cord which paralyzed his both legs.doctor adviced us for a surgery which we agreed accordingly.but even after the surgery he is unable to move his legs although he has no pain in his back.doctor now adviced us to do a long term phsyotherapy which only can regain sense in his legs.so do you think our doctor is showing us the right path.
