Does Piercing In Tragus Of Ear Cause Lump Under The Skin?

I have a lump under the skin infront of my tragus of my ear. I pierced my own Tagus a few months ago but removed the piercing after it was infected. Could this be from that? It s painful to touch and when I squeeze it it makes sounds like a pimple popping but nothing comes out.

Primarily it appears to be local granulation formation / kelod.Take a course of antibitic and anti inflammatory for 10 days. Local dry hot foamentation and local application of antibiotic will also be useful
