Does Pink Spotting Signify Pregnancy?

I was on birth control as of January 8th, 2017. I took it only for two weeks. And stopped after having unprotected sex and the incident occurred. Keep in mind I had my period before I started taking birth control. After the "incident" like 2 days later I have another period. Which of course my period came early. I didn't think much of it due to the fact that I stopped taking birth control and thought maybe that's why it came early. My periods last about 5 days. My 2nd period lasted from January 21st-Juanuary 26th and from January 27th-until now (January 29th) I've had pink spotting. Can I possibly be pregnant?

Hi there is very little chance of pregnancy. But to be on safer side do a urine pregnancy test at home. It will confirm your pregnancy. If it's positive meet a doctor and get a ultrasound done. if it is negative then it may be a side effect of stopping the pill early. If you don't want a baby take your tablets regularly. Hope I have answered your question.
