Does Pinkish Discharge After Intercourse Indicate Menopause?

i am a 43 year old female. lately i have had irregular periods. Either no period or twice a month. My fiance and i had intercourse last night and tonight im having a pinkish/orange discharge with mild pain. What could be causing this? Could it be menopause?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pinkish discharge after intercourse does not indicate onset of menopause.
Pink discharge after intercourse can occur in number of conditions like vaginitis (inflammation of vagina, cervicitis (inflammation of cervix), endometritis (inflammation of endometrium) etc.
At the same time you are suffering from irregular menstruation.
I suggest you to consult your gynaecologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
Menopause is characterised by skipping of menstrual cycles and scant menstrual blood flow.
