Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The fluid lost during menstruation is from inner lining of uterus thickened during menstrual cycle &shredded off in end of the cycle. So it is not related to blood or plasma you donate. The delay in periods seem to be from some other cause than plasma donation.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
