Does Pneumonia With Many Positive Cocci And Few Negative Bacilli Require More Antibiotics To Cure?

Hello. Sputum gram stain report is rare wbc, many positive cocci, few negative bacilli. Culture with mixed bacteria culture. Was diagnosed with pneumonia one month ago on doxycycime. Still with occ productive cough. Does this warrant more antibiotics. Thank you
