Does Post Surgery Antibiotics Cause Vaginal Pain?

Is it common for a female, ages 18-21 to feel vaginal pain right after to 8 hours after a appendectomy? I heard it was from the antibiotics given post surgery? and that the antibiotics can cause this pain because they kill the "good bacteria" in the vagina
