Does Pregnacare Supplements Cause Delay In Menstrual Periods?

Hi, there are soo many people complaining that Pregnacare supplements caused delays in their period, is there any scientific evidence that the vitamins and mineral dosages in Pregnacare supplements can cause delays in periods? We re trying for a baby and after reading negative feed backs of the supplements I don t know whether I should take Pregnacare pre-conception tablets for me and my husband.
