Does Pregnancy Causes Dizziness, Light Headedness, Nausea, Bloating And Pain In Breasts?

I haven't tested for pregnancy yet, but I have been having some symptoms that are giving me the red flag. Sept 2013 I delivered a happy boy and then nursed up to 1 year old. I had my first period last month (Oct). My period hasn't come this month and I'm 9 days late. The symptoms I have experienced is dizziness, light headed, nauseated from time to time, bloating, some occasional mood swings and some shooting pains in my breasts, but nothing constant. Could I very well be pregnant?

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Yes t he symptoms you have along with periods delayed for 9 days point to pregnancy.
You should go for blood HCG to have confirmed results about conception.( this being the 2nd period after delivery- it may not be as regular as it was before)
