Does Premature Birth Affect Growth Of The Body?

my parent are average height. my mum is 5ft 2 inches and dad is 5ft 8inches, im 16 years of age, i weight about 135 lbs and is active and eat healthy. but my main problem is that i was a preemie (born premature) i haven't had a growth spurt yet and my dad said he had one around 15 so im scared that im stuck at my height of 5ft 4inches . does my premature birth affect how i grow and if i grow to my full potential? or does this mean i will grow in my later years? also when does the average male stop growing? answers are greatly appreciated i am very worried. thank you
