I took a small sip of CocaCola zero and I fell to the floor with agonising pain in centre of my chest, I couldn t get up as it was hard to breath, all I could do was turn over onto my back, I am 23 and have Multiple Conective Tissue Disorder and I am asthmatic are they responsible for the pain. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The pain is unlikely to be related to your asthma. It appears that you had colic in the gut or esophageal spasm. This gives a sudden severe pain after food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman,
