Does Primolut N Help To Remove Ovarian Cyst?

How does primolut n 5mg help a cyst. Ive had endiometriosis and lots of menstrual problems over past 6 years. Only recently (january) put in the merena to try and reduse constant bleeding/spotting. No luck with that as it is 7 months later and no difference. 6 weeks ago my gynea found 3 x 3 cm cyst and prescribed primolut n 5mg. Whats the chances it would have resolved the cyst and how does one get pregnant with such acrewed up period.

Most of the cysts are due to hormonal changes and respond well to conservative management.
Primalute can help in benign( non cancerous) cyst and results are satisfactory.
