Does Progesterone Tablet Seacure Cause A Watery White Discharge?

Hi, I am 28 years old and 12 weeks pregnant now.i had vaginal bleeding during my 11th week. doctor suggested me to use vaginal progestrone (seacure)twice daily.Everytime i insert the tablet ,approx after 2 hrs,i am experiencing water like discharge,with white residue,not the regular white discharge. i am scared if i am leaking my amniotic fluid. Is this due to the tablet or some problem to worry about????

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pregnancy and it is watery discharge (PV) then it need to be investigated sonography is the best option, such discharge should never be underestimated, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
