Does Prolactin And Blood Sugar Levels Of 9.8 And 95/140 Indicate Diabetes Onset?

I am 30 unmarried have menses just for one day. I got blood sugar checked it was 96/97 and prolactin 29.8. My doctor started metformin500 mg after meals. after 3 months the test shows prolactin as 9.8 and sugar as 95/140. Please tell me does it mean i am going towards diabetes????
