As a physician I would like to tell you that, following are some of the side effects of Esomeprazole
Bloody, black, or tarry stools
chest pain or chest tightness
cough
difficulty with swallowing
dizziness
excess air or gas in the stomach
fast heartbeat
large, hive-like swelling on the face, eyelids, lips, tongue, throat, hands,
legs, feet, or sex organs
pain or discomfort in the chest, upper stomach, or throat
puffiness or swelling of the eyelids or around the eyes, face, lips, or tongue
shortness of breath
skin rash, hives, or itching
unusual tiredness or weakness
vomiting of blood or material that looks like coffee grounds

If you are experiencing any one of this, then immediately stop the tablet and consult with your consulting physician. If there are no any problems, keep taking tablet regularly.
