Does Pulsating Back Indicate Presence Of Pinched Nerve?

I have pulsating in my back that feels like it is my heart bounding. I feel that it sometimes make my whole body move with the pulsating. Sometimes pain sometime not ,just the pulsating. I have had cardio work up and am currently wearing a heart monitor. All labs normal. EKG normal. Could a pinched nerve in neck or back be causing pulsating in my body

Hi
You need a ct scan with contrast of your abdomen since this could well be an abdominal aortic aneurysm that's causing the pulsating sensation
