Does Purple Color Lips Indicate Heart Problem?

I did a particularly difficult workout on Friday night. My daughter was my judge, and said afterward that she got concerned when my lips turned purple during the workout. I have a stress test scheduled for next week, but is the purple color a sign there may be a problem with my heart?

Purpul colour lip is sign of cynosis due to poor oxygenation of blood or poor blood supply to the part. So definitely this is relatef to cardiac problem ....either purely or with respiratory problem( cor pulmonale) .so get to the doctor earlier and avoid heavy work out till then.
